Long before Jimmy became a State Representative he has firmly believed that the United States Constitution states the limited role and scope government should play in our lives, and every day at the Capital he strives to implement that belief whether in voting, or creating new policy. Jimmy has and will always be a strong advocate of reducing the size and scope of our state government.
